What Might Cassiopeia Have Looked like Before She was Poisoned and Changed?
Did she always have a sinister / aggressive personality? Was she always named Cassiopeia? The lore page for her is very empty Riot!

She literally stabbed Sivir in the back, and that was before being turned into a snake... Considering that, what do you think?
She was always named Cassiopeia, that's at least true.
I imagine that minus the eyes and the thing she has on top of her head, she looked very similar from the waist up before she got turned into a snake.
It was mentioned that she used to use her charisma and influence make others do what she wanted before she transformed.
And as a sister of Katarina, daughter of General Du Couteau... I would assume she'd be just as sinister, but far more subtle.
Cassiopeia is the youngest sister of Katarina, and the most beautiful woman of the Du Couteau family, she is a temptress and knows how to speak to gain attention among people, and most importantly, men.
With her natural charisma and seduction, she was one of the most powerful noxian indeed, she's just like 
in a way, with only 500 years less...
The red hair is probably a staple for the DuCouteau family, so at least we have that.
