They are currently only doing full VGUs. No word on when plain VUs will continue.

He's both a problematic champion kit wise and visually
Vlad has a skin that is to come this year as said in the Skin Dev Video. So, he'll get what he needs soon enough. VU though they stopped doing long ago, and only do VGUs now sadly.
