Manaless and Energy Champions Will be Too Good With These Changes

Since mages will have less mana but more rengenration, they will be at the MERCY of champions with infinite free waveclear. Champions like Vlad, Yasuo, Akali, etc. already are able to shove mages in easily for no cost. Now mages who need to use their abilities to waveclear will have less mana to cs under turret, and even then they probably won’t be able to fight back against these opponents who do literally everything that these mages do, but haven’t been touched by these nerfs.

Yasuo ALREADY afk shoves a lane for free. Now mages won’t be able to fight back as easy, and he won’t be touched.
