  1. Delete TFT. All purchases made regarding the mode are fully refunded in RP.
  2. Bring back Nexus Blitz with some RNG balances (such as when certain events/rewards can show up)
  3. Balance Summoner's Rift to be a slower game. Start by buffing tower damage and durability while cutting down damage from runes by 20% across the board.
  4. Reduce Aftershock's defense bonus across the board by about 20%.
  5. Further reduce Aftershock's defense bonus to ranged champions by half.
  6. Delete Lethality items. Consider reworking them with different bonuses.
  7. Wait and see if other adjustments are needed to Summoner's Rift to slow it down further.
  8. ARAM treats the entire roster as free to play. Reroll cap increased to 3.
  9. When a player's next free hextech chest becomes available, they gain 1 Orange Essence per 8 champions they own. This happens even if the player does not actually earn an available chest due to already having 4 stored.

  1. Create a brand new client, and actually attempt to make the UX feel great.
  2. Before releasing more champions, update the ones that are really outdated and aren't planned for reworks, thus giving them any of the following; Skin Splashart Updates, Voice Over Updates, Visual Effect Updates, In-Game Model Updates.
  3. Attempt to make all champions satisfying to play by correcting any inconsistencies in champions kit, or reworking some abilities that don't really have synergy with other ones in the existing kits.
  4. Remove all items and start over.
  5. Rework all Summoner Spells with an attempt with making them all equal in power.
  6. Remove and create a brand new System that would replace Runes Reforged which doesn't just force free damage on all choices.
  7. Update the LoL Clubs, giving more features and improving general functionality between PC and the Mobile App.
  8. Update Twisted Treeline to modern standards/expectations.
  9. Bring back or create new rotating Game Modes, which would be both PVP and PVE Game Modes.
  10. And last but not least make the Report System harsher and more punishing, and also introduce IP bans (it won't prevent people from changing their IP address to get away with this through VPN's, but at least it would be an attempt to reduce the number of such common extreme behaviour).

Fire everyone on the balance team, for starters. That would solve about half the game's problems right there.

ban everyone from the forums that doesn't want to contribute to any discussion and just cries all day

push for viable tank items

  1. Fix the client bugs
  2. Rotating Game Modes - Actually rotate them and support more modes regularly
  3. More aggressive balancing (don't go back to gutting characters but these 5 mana/damage nerfs are lazy even if effective at top level marginally)
  4. Let us buy stuff that's not skins or lootboxes - I know you love money Riot, let us buy announcer packs, map skins, bigger emote wheel to justify them, ect. Making another Yasuo/Lux/Ezreal skin isn't necessary to make money, you have other options.

Honestly this is enough for me to like the game more. I know lots of people have longer lists and hate the design direction but I can deal with a skirmish heavy League if they make most characters viable and the game isn't a clunkfest. Also they really fail to support most of their projects - if they actually supported RGMs we wouldn't see stuff like Nexus Blitz getting deleted.

I'd start with Teamfight Tactics. Either rename it to something less awful, or declare it a failed beta and spend resources on something actually interesting. And then promptly fire the person who decided literally copying the rival company instead of listening to anything our consumers wanted or producing any original ideas. After that I'd delete Lee Sin and Riven from the game the way Galio was, make a 2d fighting game with League characters like Riot should've done 3 years ago, and update the Practice Tool.

on top of my head:

proper practice mode

there is just no justification for it being this shitty.

I would sell it and invest elsewhere. Financially, it's not worth dealing with the internal now boiling into political legal issues of the company.
