I like the transparency on the blue/red and the thin borders, but the spells should not be different sizes and the icons hog too much space imo.

While i like the idea of having a new Loading Screen this is way too colourful and makes it look like one of those generic mobile game knockoffs. It has to be visually easy on the eyes and fit the whole "Hextech" theme, i think.

I would really appreciate being able to see the levels of who I'm playing with as well. This is a great idea although it does look a little cluttered.

I do not support the idea of the player's level being displayed in the loading screen for all to see.

Reason 1: People will most likely ridicule and level shame the lowest level player.

I can already see the "Why did i get paired with a Level 33 when i am level 40" / "Shut up you are a newb lower level than me" / "Why did i get matched against a level XX Rito broken matchmaking" comments.

Reason 2: People will probably try to gang up and consistantly camp the lower level players, because they automatically assume they are bad at the game.

These are the reasons Ranked borders and Mastery badges aren't visible to the opposing teams.
