For about two weeks now I've had really bad ping spikes. I play at 33 ping and then suddenly i LAG, so I can't control my character for about 1.5 secs and then it comes back to normal and my ping is at 250 or 300. Sometimes, nothing's happening on the screen and sometimes it's right when I'm getting ganked or engaged.
Does anybody know how to fix that?

There's no solution on your end, it's an issue on their end
Same here. Basically since Worlds ended I've had this problem, and I've seen Down Detector have hundreds of reports over the past couple of weeks of people having issues (and like a couple dozen reports on here with no answers). There seems to be a LOT of problems with League right now for some reason while they're trying to implement Clash. [sg-lux-2]
Open up CMD (assuming you are using windows?) and run "tracert 104.160.131.3"
This will give you ping data for every step to the NA server.
