TFT emote chest disappeared

I tried to open the TFT Emote Chest from the loot tab. 1st time: it said that it had expired (SOMEHOW) 2nd time: same message but this time it just disappeared... I checked in my collection and I didn't get anything.

I restarted the client and nothing changed.
