Remove Any And All Methods of Talking to Other Players

If there's one thing I know that definitely needs to be cracked down on, it's the cyber-bullies, toxic players, whatever you wanna call them. All the verbally abusive players, whether it's the sore losers, people with a twisted sense of humor, or something else entirely. Yes, there's a reporting option for verbal abuse and yes, players do get banned for it, but people still do it regardless. It's like they don't care if they get banned for tormenting innocent players. So, I think we need to take drastic measures. All methods of communicating with other League of Legends players should be removed entirely. It'll make it make it much harder to get friends on League of Legends, but if you can play the game in peace without being verbally assaulted by other players, then I think it's worth it. Seriously, this community could take some notes from the Elsword and Furvilla communities. Furvilla's the nicest online community I've ever seen and Elsword would have to be the quietest community I've ever seen because I don't see chatty players on Elsword very often at all. And a quiet community is miles better than a toxic one.

The button is literally there on the row of the person you want to mute, along with buttons to mute their pings and emotes as well.
