Can't Seem to Comment on Others' Threads For Some Reason

There's a certain forum thread I'm trying to comment on, but it won't let me. I clicked the post button like several times and it won't post the comment. What gives?

A few ideas

Try the boards synch tool.

Make sure you are logged in. (it has randomly logged me out before)

Make sure the board is not locked.

I am indeed logged in.

Hang on a sec. ...I don't see any indication of the thread being locked. Looks open to me.

Although the tool is usually used to sync levels up so it may not work.

Most issues like this are solved by clearing your browser cache. Can you try doing that? Let me know if it helps.

I tried clearing my cache. It didn't work. I still can't comment on santiomierda's forum thread no matter how many times I click the Post button. I seem to be able to comment on other threads just fine. Why not that one?
