I am trying to buy a mystery champ but it keeps saying my items pool needs to be 10 and it is currently 9. Can someone explain this.

It means they don't offer the mystery champion if there isn't at least 10 champs you don't own

Its a new restriction since if you have a small amount you can basically guarantee discounts on 6300 champs and speed up your champion library when its intended to be luck based

Honestly chests were terrible value even before the nerf

I'm not going to pretend every system in this game is good though it felt kind of like cheating when I'd been buying 7800 champs on the regular and I could just save 3 ashe shards and get the new champ instantly

That or buy mystery shards at 1700 a piece for a discount of 1200 off their normal price, its gaming things a bit
