Quick Question..please halp
I am trying to buy a mystery champ but it keeps saying my items pool needs to be 10 and it is currently 9. Can someone explain this.

It means they don't offer the mystery champion if there isn't at least 10 champs you don't own
Its a new restriction since if you have a small amount you can basically guarantee discounts on 6300 champs and speed up your champion library when its intended to be luck based
