Currently at most if at full build depending on character you can have 3000-4000 hp watch isn't a-lot. even if you can use an item that doubles your hp for matter of seconds.

Health should be ideally 5000-6500 HP base for all takes. this is if the tank is well fed. so yes over all HP scaling for -all if many tank champions should be increased.

now brusier hp i perfectly fine with 3000-4000 hp scale full build and high fed.

Magic Resist vs ability power - this needs to be addressed. at full build vs each other. most damage you should do is 550 base spell or 600-800 with ult. by no means should you be doing 1000 damage. that goes on to next thing however brusiers like sett or other champions dont build full tank mostly likely little more damage

what is full tank - 1 dmg item rest tanking items. character thats meant to asborb great about of damage so your team don't have too

Lithelity, Armor Penetration and Magic Penetration crit rate - Capped at 40% no higher. by no means should character have 100% Magic penetration or Lithality fact is that you can ignore 100% items i bought in damage isn't right. 15.3.8 in game someone come up too you do 2000 damage with single combo when they shouldn't by no means

Armor/Magic Resist Scaling is increased little higher for all prue tank champions...

New Summoner Spell - Provoke - Forces Target to attack yours 2 seconds. 60-80 cool-down

armor items will be adjusted like if your character has 300 armor . and go up against heavy ad champion. no longer will it feel like it does nothing. 350 armor is armor cap and reduces all physical damage you take by whooping 80%

Magic Resist has a cap at 300 watch also reduced all magic damage taken by 80% if target has 40% Magic penetration this reduces this to 70%

so basically redoing formula in watch magic resist/armor vs damage

"True Damage" is one those seriously broken things in league of legends. champions that do this should have their kit changed so they do bonus magic damage instead. remove it completely or damage that armor or magic resist does not effect directly

alot changed prue tank champions have their kit evolve around HP . Damage of their Skills. HP base armor or magic resist base. watch have really low scaling mean wont be able do as much damage anyone on their team being even with support as far if not lower as far damage scales. but its fair trade alot tank champions malphite have ability power skills. this something removed not saying ap malphite isn't any fun. but idea of prue tank roll in league needs love
