The V-Neck Argument
This whole Kai'Sa V-neck argument comes done to one thing. Believability. Why is it as soon as we saw Kai'Sa's neck line and cleavage we flipped out, but the moment we saw Taric's V-neck and bare chest we accepted it completely?
- The Symbiote she wears protects her from the void and we can assume that so long as she lives the symbiote lives too. A skin tight suit is fine in this context as it shows mobility and a fact that she is fragile (as apposed to Chogath or Rek'sai who can take a few hits).
This makes sense. Its protects every square inch of her body from harm. A second skin. But why does the symbiote expose her most vulnerable part. To expose the chests bare skin is prone to attack.
There is only one posibility I can think of and that exposing the front is much like how a cat will lay down and expose its belly to you. Looks like they want you to pet them there, but may be clawed and bitten if you try. All well and good for a cat, but when facing a danger like the Void, that's another story.

And then there is

Chiseled pecks exposed chest to attack, but there is a difference. Take a look at is origin. How he came to be.
When climbing the Mt Targon in the freezing cold he was covered with a coat and cape. Its not until he has left the Freljord and embraced the Aspect Protector. A being not just of defensive power, but also the aspect of beauty. We accepted this theme as it is true to Taric and his personality. His fashion is a choice by design. He is actively picking out a wardrobe that he feels comfortable in.
Kai'sa on the other hand wears a second skin in the form of a living symbiote. One that would actively risk its host by exposing a weakness in the face of an enemy? Maybe to lure them in to swiftly destroy them? Perhaps.
Just another thing to consider.

And I find it **EXTEMELY ** hard to believe all this hooplah about Kai'Sa is just about a deep neckline. You're really going to tell me that months of complaints about Kai'Sa's looks, since she was announced, has always just been about her body suit just being a little too revealing? Really? That everyone will be perfectly fine with her having a nice body, nice hair, nice skin, size, shape, etc. etc. etc. if only that pesky v neck was a little higher??

Black Widow in the MCU. Scarlet Johansson is a beautiful woman and yes she has breasts.
But see how when you make her more like Kai'sa:

Suddenly something just isn't right. Black Widow is sexy, but there is absolutely no need to obviously flaunt a natural characteristic of Scarlet's body. (And I am well aware that this isn't actually her cleavage its just to use as an example)
