Sure why not, lets compare a legendary skin with skins that cost 520 RP/975 RP, sounds ok

Its not worth for Riot to make models and animations for all those cheap skins that are not even in the shop anymore.

Motorbikes are ugly af in League, only reason i didnt buy Vayne skin. Looks super retarded without any turn animations, the whole character can instantly turn 180, without wheel turning or anything. Also riot should use ressources on something better than giving old skin motorbikes.
