1v1 Ranked Mode

It is time that we have a ranked 1v1 game mode. How many of us have been in ranked solo, smash our lane, only to lose the game because of our random team members? Or been told we suck by the opposing team? I often challenge them to a 1v1 that they dismiss saying this is a team game and has nothing to do with our ability. Well I say it does. Because though we are grouped together by force that in no way makes us a "team". In fact, often times no one works harder against my progress than my "team". At the very least, a ranked 1v1 mode would allow for player frustration, which I have, and give me no excuse for my win or loss since it is reliant on me alone. This would be riots best assesment of skill, not teamplay, but basic game/champion skill. We would finally be able to assess who is the best player in the NA without aid from a JG, Supp, or "team". Ok riot get to it.
