Scorch on Teemo should be illegal honestly lmfao.

Because all it takes is to pop a Q then the burn does the rest to kill them off,when paired with dark harvest and cheap shot and then + later on makes it even worse. All I had to do during that last match with Teemo was wait for the enemy team to set off one shroom and then they were all doomed lol
