DEAR RIOT: GET RID OF THIS AMBIENT RUNE NOISE!!

Seriously its very very annoying how much trouble this new ambient noise causes while looking through my runes because it glitches ALOT and literally plays nonstop until I restart the client. Even disabling ALL sound in the SETTINGS doesn't stop the sound. If I edit my rune page during champion select and then get into the game,it will sometimes glitch and continue playing,same thing happens a lot with the practice tool. I've never had any problems at all with the client whatsoever until now.

This is a bug lasting from early PBE. I even reported on it via Report a Bug feature. Sounds like it got ignored.

I've reported the bug too but it's beyond annoying hearing those ambient sounds over top of every other noise on summoner's rift. @Riot please, fix this
