Relevant question, regarding "Dodging"

I have some doubts regarding this issue, and I'd like your answer, or opinion, regarding them:

Case 1: So I Dodge in a Normal (Doesnt matter if Blind, or Draft), AND THEN I dodge in Ranked (Doesnt matter if SoloQ, or FlexQ). Would I lose 3 LPs, or 10 LPs, in the Dodge in Ranked?
Case2: I Dodge in SoloQ, AND THEN I dodge in FlexQ. In the FlexQ Dodge, would I lose 3 LPs, or 10 LPs?
This one is easier: How often does the Dodge Reset happen? 12, or 24 hours? Because I'd swear some days I have Dodged twice in same day, and just lost 3 LPs BOTH times.

I'm honestly not sure about this one, I have 4 accounts > 30 with this one being my main, and I just rotate through them until I get a promising lobby. Usually I don't have the chance to dodge on any single account more than once every few days.

If you doge normal, than ranked solo/duo or flex you will lose -3 LP, but the wait time will be 30 min, since you doge'd 1 game from normal only time increase.
Same, if you doge in solo/duo you lose -3 LP and wait 6 min, but if you doge than again in flex it will be -3 LP for flex, but wait time will increase to 30 min. 3.16-22 hours, not sure about that, but it's no longer than 24 hours 100%.

PS, I am honestly not sure about first 2 questions, but i tried to use my logic to give you answers.

It resets every 16 hours. Ranked and normal que aren’t shared, so after dodging normal, you should still lose only 3 lp and wait 6 mins after dodging ranked.

Don’t ask why, but for flex I THINK it’s shared with soloQ, but I havn’t really dodged flex like ever, so that’s just my guess.
