Zílean , Udyr Xerath ... I think are the champions at not receving Skins for long. Others also, but I dont remember which (There was a thread/post with a list of them IIRC).

But Lux and others (Very popular champions, and with huge diversity of Skins), get often. I think she got the Pijama Skin lately? Now she gets another... :C

To be fair, the only one I could see fitting this theme that you named was Zilean. But yes, I agree. Its frustrating and annoying that they're just giving Lux and Ez more skins

champions fitting a theme doesn't matter. If riot wants a champ to have a skin they're going to make the skin for that champion and they couldnt care less if the champion fits a theme. The problem that everyone knows is that these champions dont sell skins well, and because money talks they ain't getting skins. Meanwhile ezreal who has gotten a skin every year is getting another one, and lux is getting a standard skin and prestige just for more money

Yeah good Luck on giving Shounen skin to Udyr or Xerath lmao the only one fits there is Zilean as a teacher which had to be given for Yuumi because she is a new champion

Bard needs more skins so does Veigar idc if he has 9 skins, literally 6 of them are just retextures (and one of those shoots rainbows)

Ivern just got a skin. It'd be a bit unreasonable to expect Riot to halt production of skins for popular champions entirely while they do some kind of catch-up on making skins for the less-popular champs.

Udyr and Zilean are both in line for Visual Updates, they won't be getting skins for quite some time.

Also say it with me: Popular Champions sell skins. So they get skins.
