why are people so obsessed with saying "in the right hands" or "in good hands"

"Right hands" means doing the right thing in any given point in game(macro and microwise).
Don't have to be challanger to have good decision making while playing mechanicaly easier champs and carry majority of games below dia.
Also saying "Right hands"/"Good hands" =/= "The best hands", you don't need to be Caps to play Akali on good lvl, many Akali mains are really no ones yet good.

Well... if it makes you feel better, I'm what is considered "The wrong hands."
I mean, Zed is supposed to be broken, and a free win champion.... however, when I play him, he is useless...
