The Report System Needs Work

Context: A player was put in the support role by the matchmaking system in a ranked game. They went through the entire process before picking a champion and then locked in MF. After this happened I immediately asked for my team to report this person, because they have had plenty of time to know their role and pick accordingly. In ranked specifically I think there should be a zero tolerance policy of this kind of behavior. She proceeded to say that somehow after all the whole process that she "accidentally" locked in (with the exact setup of MF). How? I'm unsure you tell me. There was a Malzahar on my team that proceeded to argue with me about this when quite simply put it was a fairly obvious selfish troll pick. I 100% know for a fact I got tilted/heated, but not without logic and reasoning. The following log Is obviously after the match started.

Note: MF also spent a chunk of the laning phase hanging around the jungler away from lane, popped up to randomly steal CS, and went 2/12/1 once the match ended. I was 0/4/1, so I wasn't amazing or anything, but while MF was silently trolling I was publicly trying to get that kind of player behavior removed. Now I'm the one being punished for being vocal.

I have a humongous problem with people saying something is wrong/right and providing no evidence to back their statements up. I will openly admit to being very heated, but I was insulted many times and only called someone ignorant for saying they were "accidentally" in all chat? (how are you accidentally in all chat for a large chunk of a conversation and go back and forth with not only myself but the enemy...accidentally?)

I think simply put this current system of having non-contextual chat logs read after reports is an ignorant way to go about banning people. You will assuredly catch a good amount of cases, but the fact that this MF player is going to be allowed to continue this kind of behavior and be unpunished while I am, is ridiculous. There are vicious trolls out there that are exploiting this flawed system and getting players like myself banned/chat restricted and it needs to stop. I have been chat restricted before, and been assuredly upset, but not so much so to make a post. I deliberately asked to be reported so I could get this log.

Please let's have some kind of open discourse about improving this current reporting system. I'm not chocked full of ideas, but non-contextual reports need to stop tearing down those of us that are simply trying to be logical/rational people and getting trolled for it.
