When Is URF coming back?

I saw that Fogged was playing URF on PBE last night, does anybody know when they'll patch it in?

Riot says not next patch, they put it on PBE now because it was a lull in the schedule. Probably in a few patches or after worlds?

Thanks yall, ya I'd assume it wouldn't be next patch but just curious if someone in Riot made a tweet or something about it. I'd imagine it would be around worlds patch
