I had 8 units. Level 8, stacked with items, clearly superior team. But a 2 glacial buff Ashe can stunlock my carry with just a guinsoos?? and ult lock another unit? On top of Sej stunlocking my ENTIRE team?? This is beyond stupid. No reason 6 units should beat 8 JUST becuase of one stupid fucking buff.

right, but by 1 item purchase you actually mean 2. because typically you don't get a fully built RFC from the start earlier on.
shen is a 2 cost champ available from the start and easy to pick up until you're rank 5. post rank 5 it becomes a bit harder, but at that point yordles have started to become easier. The goal to counter glacials is to prevent auto attacks. ironically enough that can be done with "frozen heart"
so if the complaint is:
"strategy z can be combined with item x" "z+x defeats strategy y" "strategy z is OP"
then I think it's just as fair to say that you should start utilizing items more like frozen heart into your composition.
strategy z could refer to your strategy just as easily as it does to glacials. item x could be any item. strategy y could be any other strategy or glacials.
with that in mind how do you reply?

Even then, ashe can still proc glacial lol. Frozen heart helps marginally, but the only real thing you can do is spam sword breakers and hushes, and that's a LOT to ask for just to counter ONE buildpath. Considering there are 6 other people in the game, that may harm you more than help you

if your complaint is specifically with ashe and specifically the fact that she has glacial and specifically only if she has RFC then the solution is an easy one.
add a sword breaker assassin to your build.

If they have any amount of brainpower, theres no way you can get an assassin onto her without the assassin having to kill two units beforehand. by that point, Ashe has killed whatever her first target was and is now beating the dog piss out of whatever you sent towards her

Yordles or Shen don't help. Shen still gets freeze stunned. And Yordles just get hard freeze stunned even if it dodges.

LordGeovanni1 votesSej stuns not stun locking cause her ult takes along time to get and she cant chain it. Glacials are still busted they need to either look into removing ashe and adding another glacial so she cant be using ranger buff and or lowering the proc chance of Glacials at all ranks.
CloudedLogic1 votesPersonally I'd like for it to be a 3/6/9 buff, and for the stun chance to be a flat 20% but for the duration to scale up from 1 second to 2.
At a certain point rage blade ashe will still stun lock you though, and people would still complain about two of their champs being completely mitigated, but whatever.
Another option would be to add an actual cc resist method, as I don't think Quick silver will be all that good against glacials.
