I wasn't honor level 2 to get my season rewards?

I clearly remember being honor level 3 with all three dots. I remember the loots I had. I remember what I got (A bunch of icons and emotes). Are there things that make me lose my Honor? I admit, I gotten chat restricted 10 games once but is that really enough?

stupid choices get stupid prizes, in this case, nothing.
