Preseason and Winrates

Anybody else notice a SERIOUS tanking in their winrates? Like to a damn near ridiculous degree? Maybe it's just me. Maybe preseason has made me completely forget how to play this game and I've got to start all over from square one, while everybody else is dragged down with me. Maybe other people are dragging me down. Or maybe the proven-to-be-awful matchmaking, which does its best to artificially lock you to a 50% winrate through all stages of your league life regardless if you're among your peers or not, is only exacerbated by the questionable changes made to the game.

But whatever it is, my own winrate's tanked. My match history is just a disgusting smattering of defeats with an occasional victory thrown in there for good measure. But I can't be the only one experiencing this, right? Something's gone really wrong here. I've gone from having 150+ games won over games lost, and that divide is just getting rammed back in to place by the worst matchmaking I've ever experienced.
