PBE account
Somebody changed my PBE password and i dont know what email i used to sign up to that account is there anyway riot can look into this to see what email was used and when the password was changed

you'd have to file a ticket but don't get your hopes up
they generally need you to prove the account is yours and since you don't remember the email you used that will be a big problem
your best bet is to just see if you can make a new pbe account with a new email
It should be the same as your main league account. If it's an older PBE account that was made before they linked them to your main account then the reason you can't login is Riot purged all of those.
