Why'd i lose my honor level?

https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Submit a ticket to Riot about this. I would try the section "I have a question about a suspension or restriction on my account" for it to see what they say about it.

My only question would be do you get dcd a lot or does your internet randomly drop during a match cause if your registered as leaving a game at any time or you get reported by teammates those are basic ways in which youd lose honor without getting chat banned or banned in general other than that seems like a glitch.

also it dosnt show your name on the page with the screen shot if that's a new account it starts with no honor till a game is played in which honor is earned I only ask because theirs a lvl 5 euw account under the same name
