lol, I love that they are using the old brutalizer model for it.
If this is in Nexus Blitz it needs to be like Divine Rapier in Dota 2 which if you are killed while owning it it can be picked up by someone else be it allies or enemies. Also only one can bought in the game making it basically the raid boss item.

maybe its a version of Unlimited power like Overwatch lets you do where you can set all settings to 500% -> every spell insta cooldown and shit ton of HP.
