Ornn the AI Bot is bugged!!!

I just finished a game vs AI 5v5 as it should but we got 5v4 as the one missing was Ornn...

It started at the loading screen, instead of showing like: Swain Bot or Caitlyn Bot, it showed: game_bot_ornn without masteries like the rest.

The game started and he was missing (top lane), Udyr infiltrated their base to take a glimpse and he was standing in the fountain there the whole time no items no movement.

PS: this is the first time I see him in bot game and this is the first time this happens, could it be this patch?
