gap closing dash on low cd if it hits/ spellsheild and damage sheild, built in crits and a healing ult

sure shes supposed to be a master dualist, nut c'mon she presses w and instanly wins any tade bc she just took 0 damage all while slowing you so then can chase you down and q you to death. it would be like if irelia w had a spellsheild and let you take no damage for the duration. any other spellsheild in this game is either one and done or just blocks cc and not damage . but im open to other opnions so go ahead and tell me why fioras kit is either trash or just ok

Translation: "I recently lost to a Fiora so I'm going to list out her kit and make her sound OP even though when you do this with any champion they all sound OP."

Well for starters, Noc and Sivir shields last for 1.5 seconds, double Fiora's. Meaning she has to actually react quickly. While the other two can get a bit of a buffer window to make people hold their important abilities. They are also both free to move while using it and neither have an animation. Fiora is locked in place and can take zero actions, if she doesnt block anything or misses shes lowered her dps and probably lost the trade.

And early game Fiora's Q runs a pretty high cooldown. Its 16-8 seconds, so if she lands her Q its at just under 8 seconds, for how small her dash is, thats a pretty high cd. However if she misses, shes very vulnerable and cant trade.
