Toxic champions
This champions are toxic and deserve to be removed from game.
Ok so hear me out how about we make every champion in the game soraka. now i know what youre thinking. how would this improve the game? Why would you be so dumb? we to put it simply instead of having champions in this game that build differently, have escapes or are too strong lets make every champion soraka. no escapes squishy af. oh lets also lock the builds to 
that way everyone is on a fair ground so nobody is stronger then everyone
