Maybe Riot should have done something about the 10 years old code, something like a rebuild
Then maybe 9.14 wouldn't be such a disaster.
I have no idea how coding works tho so I could be wrong

Fam, that's literally what caused the bugs is them recoding the game.
They're constantly doing minor work behind the scenes, but recoding the entire game is a tremendous task which just isn't worth the effort. And even then, bugs are to be expected either way when you change something every two weeks, although you're right that this week has been particularly bad.
They did a complete rebuilding of the abilities structure and design on the back end. That’s why there’s so many bugs. [zombie-brand-clap]
