"skillshots". some of them take no effort to land and are nearly undodgeable such as: Swain Q Akali Q Nunu E Aatrox 2nd and 3rd Q aoe Irelia W

on the contrary some of them are truly hard to land on non melee non cc'd targets, predictable and sometimes have inconsistent hitboxes such as: Yorick E Aatrox W Xin Zhao W Nunu W

Nunu e and Aatrox q are more AoE abilities. A skillshot implies some sort of projectile like movement or artillery damage. Like Xerath q can be considered a skillshot, but his w is not

15 second cooldown on his R at max rank without any cooldown reduction. And on top of that it's a point to click ability.

It is for ults like Karthus, Galio and Sejuani who have pretty naturally high CD ults.

But when it comes to champs like Lux it gets obnoxious.

Lux, and I'd say maybe Heimer, are the only 2 champs I can think of that have really low CD, high impact ults. For everyone else that has a stupidly low CD ult, their ult is worthless on any other kit besides their own (Udyr, Kass, Zoe).

So, 9.5 times out of ten, he'll have to wait quite a bit on some of those ults. Most of them won't even come back around for another team fight.

Can he even use the Donger's ult? Like, he doesn't have his spells to upgrade, so it is as pointless as stealing Karma's ult.

As for Lux, if I read it correctly, it's 200% of the ults cd but a minimum of 20 seconds, so even if say, he has both Ultimate Hunter, Presence of Mind and 40%, and kills 3 dudes with Lux's ult, normally on Lux that situation would make the ult at less than 10 sec, but for him it will be 20 sec no matter what.

With Heimer, his abilities turn into Heimer's abilities for the ultimate, and he can choose one of the R upgraded abilities.

I don't think Sylas would like standing still for a few seconds while dealing a little damage to one enemy, plus the Malzahar can just R him right back once it's over. Trynde, Taric, Kayle and Olaf, however, would be very useful enemies to steal ults from for invincibility.

Kai’Sa’s Q is Point-and-Click, but the missiles spread to the nearest targets if others are around. Edit: Nevermind it’s auto-targeted to all nearest.

Well, after he steals an ult he can't steal it again from the same person for a long time. So he can't like use Karthus ult every 9 seconds. But, he could use Pyke ult, then 9 seconds later use Karthus ult to finish off anyone who escaped.

On Reddit Reav3 said they tried making it a skill shot and he felt too weak. And that they gave it a massive range so he can guarantee get the backline ults safely.

I'm convinced these people on the dev team dont play their game. There is just no way they do. Not with the way shits been going. Just because riots play test team is full of shit players and cant land their op ability does not mean hes somehow weak. Especially with how low the cooldown is, there is no reason it should be point and click. I guess thats what happens when you have people who dont play the game dictating what goes in the game and how its balanced.

What does the community want, then? Remember that the boards is not even 0,5% of the community, and Reddit is only around 2% (only counting subscribed people). Forums like this only attracts a certain type of people, those who have something to say. Content people have no reason to show up here and post since they're happy with how things are already. For every thing you want, someone else wants the opposite.

Sure there are people with different mindsets. But if players ingame complain about meta, damage etc. and not only like 1/100 but almost every 2nd game.. (ex)pro players leave the game/are unstatisfied and feel disconnected from the changes Riot took.. you see videos of people blowing each other up from full hp in <1s.. and they decide to give Sejuani more damage and take off a huge portion of her innate tankiness thinking it helps? Does that seem connecting to the players? Look at the new ranked system previews. The comments are almost entirely negative, that nobody wants change and so on. And that's not on boards but the official patchnotes and Riot Ask's. So many of my friends quit the game because the overloaded damage and new gimmicks are getting stale. You can't tell me that the majority of players would prefer a season like this over previous ones.

It also counts as a projectile so Braum Yasuo can block it if he targets people behind the shield or wind wall, presumably. I know in the latter it blocks it completely mid-flight.

So Sylus R is a point and click BUT it is a projectile.

Yasuo WW blocks it Malzahar Passive blocks it. Akali Shroud makes you cant target her Morgana Shield blocks it item 3102 Blocks it

It also needs to be point and click because you then have to Use it properly (some are skill shots)

technically Bard 's W is point an click as well as Ground placement. As well as Neeko's 3 his passive on an already super good W being point and click
