Assassins are an absolute joke right now and need to be tuned WAY the fuck down

They've literally surpassed 11 on the bullshit scale. If you pick an assassin and the enemy team doesn't you have an immediate and MASSIVE advantage just simply because you had the audacity to be actual human filth. All assassin players should do the world a favor and throw themselves away.

Can we get like..an example? They don't scale well, are generally useless in teamfights, are hardcountered by tans. The only noteworthy exceptions are. Nocturne Press R click 1 shot. Rengar Press R click 1 shot. Khazix Press Q click 1 shot. And a good Zed player but nobody is good.
