This would be super cool. When I'm playing 
and the enemy 
is just non-stop ganking 90% of the time completely stupidly and I'm farming both our jungles because that's my best play, it would be really fucking cool if he wasn't also two levels ahead of me because you decided to try to make ganking less viable by making ganking more viable.
100 CS up on the enemy jungler (im yi they are kayn) and he's only behind 1 lvl.
Seriously when im up 3 buffs on him and 2 golem camps as well as dragons and rift.
How is this possible.
Op's post is underrated and needs to be talked about.
They're taking lane xp which should put your solo lanes ahead
Tax mid and top lanes especially if you remain solo after ganking.
Also ban this lane parasite 
for the first good thing to your team. [slayer-jinx-wink]
