Yeah, nobody looks at base stats before they try shit like that.

Annie has trouble maxing aspd, even on URF.

Trying new things would be like...doing that with Kennen or someone with real attack speed.

Guinsoo's could work well with trades with your stacked stun after using all your abilities theoretically. I don't know about press the attack. Would have probably went with Lethal Tempo and grabbed a Nashor's too. Get Rylai's and Liandry's to be an annoying DoT prick with auto's of doom. Go Magic pen boots and then Void and rabbies somewhere in there.

Annie item 3124 item 3115 item 3020 item 3151 item 3116 item 3135 If they don't build MR build item 3089 over void Switch out Nashor's for item 3153 in high HP matchups.

This is what I'd probably do, as long as there wasn't too many jump in and out assassiny types. Otherwise I'd just go full AP bomb so they think twice about going on me. ^_^ Tibbers is pretty much up all the time.
