Why do we not know the rewards for end of season yet ? @RIOT ?

I like the whole thing that's been going on with runes reforged and the plans behind next season etc. But we haven't even heard anything about end of season rewards yet for this season its like it was forgotten. No Victorious Skin yet / No boarders yet. And especially nothing on what we get for hitting gold in both queues.

I am silver one in SOLO Q and GOLD V in Dynamic Q I would like to see what were getting in order to know if its worth it to continue to try to grind into gold in solo Q for whatever the extra possible rewards are or if its not even worth my time.

How am I going to even have a chance to know if you guys reveal the rewards 1 week before the season ends ? and how am I supposed to have enough time to grind it out an get to gold V in time when you give me less than a month to work with ? these rewards should be revealed 2 months in advance or at least 1 full month to give people time / warning and what they are working for most importantly.

Hopefully Riot sees this post and realizes that there are many like me waiting for the end of season rewards post ...
