Bring back the 10% damage reduction on kat

For an assassin that's suppose to go in she has no durability or utility. the 10% damage reduction for 2 seconds would be amazing. would help beyond belief. She's a champion that's all damage, she has nothing to help her with that aside from a gunblade which is 40 seconds... it's so easy to dodge her daggers on the floor. Once kat is in...she's in, she has no type of reliable escape like LB or Fizz e or zed shadow. Fizz can drop aggro with going untargetable and even takes reduced damage from minions, LB can go in and w out. I don't see how for a champ that's suppose to get in and get out only stays in and dies.
