People have said and will say this about EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING . META
It's more of the fact that riot is too lazy to fix the meta. Want to fix the bot lane gang bang?
Step one is to give the bot turrets the same protection as top and mid until 7 minutes into the game.
Step 2: Make the turrets do True damage at 10 minutes into the game. If they aren't going to boost the health of the turrets especially with the new masteries (hell one is a fucking ziggs bomb on towers) then giving the turrets some additional defenses early/mid game will be great.
Step Three: Stop giving the jungler all that power. It's really annoying that you manage to shut down the enemy jungler only for them to get one asisst, and suddenly they are back in the game with catch up xp. it's too much right now and needs to be lowered.
And lastly, Riot needs to seriously take a look at their Match making system. My Normal MMR is gold, and I've gotten paired up with challenger players queing solo...
honestly i wouldnt even mind the adc meta quite as much if it werent for the fact that riot has been specifically designing the game to go much faster, and theyre continuing to do so. i mean honestly its not even uncommon anymore to see the enemy team in my base at 8 minutes. when i started playing that was around when first tower was taken.

You say bring 4 bot, does that mean 4 total in bot? So you actually only brought 2? Because you can't bring 4 is there's already 2 bot
How about turrets do % max hp true damage, with a minimum of damage so they can still force tanks to hold aggro before squishy champions do. And this damage will scale with the average level of the enemy team (so if the average level of your team is 17 and theirs is 15, your turrets will be geared for a level 15 champion).
