it sucks that i had to buy an item specifically for him, 4 of my teammates won, and he BARELY won top lane, but had decent farm and could turret dive anyone, i have to buy grievous and we had to group and tryhard to basically take one guy out and 4 people who were 0/7 or worse each

Have you ever played Vlad? He has no kill pressure and is weak until lategame. I think that you were getting poked for free.

So this is a great idea in theory but sadly for most Mages there is no executioners calling. they have morellos, but the passive only kicks in after 50% as opposed to all the time like executioners. i think they need to make lost chapter give grievous wounds or something like that to give AP heros a chance to reduce healing

hes not as bad as he used to be imo.

only anoying thing is that its hard to fight him, when he doesnt want to. you need to 100 to 0 him in one fight, and you need to force out troll pool before you can engage on him.

its hard to get kill pressure on him, but he seems to have less kill prerssure himself.

no one should think that 12% aoe damage amp on all his allies is feast or famin

no matter if vlad is behind or not, his ult is going to fuck you in 5v5 teamfight

his ult didn't really do much in teamfights it was more to single out someone and pool out and eliminate a high priority target, his sustain is the problem he's healing half his health pool in one Q (empowered obviously)

and ive played against vlads that don't win early, they still can deal damage but it's nothing like a vlad who's ahead

COOLDOWN: 150 / 135 / 120 Yeah, he is gonna fk someone (usually the frontline) once every 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile yasuo and lux have 30s cds.
