I don't play aram often, if my aram friends are on ill play. I never get to play Morde since i never see him in champ select. Morde is not OP on aram he is middle of the road at his best.
I still want to play him even if I'm getting shat on by the S tier.
I'm with you for the most part, but how do rerolls make the gamemode not random? Doesn't make much sense.
It acts as incentive to play the mode (play a few games with some rando champions and later on get a chance to reroll for a better one) and keeps it fresh. If all champions were unlocked and bans were removed, rerolls would be able to stay and the mode would still be healthy.
