Clash isn't an option in creating a discussion
Title ^ my post got taken down before for recruiting and riot sent me the link for clash forums but just wanted to point out I don't see the option to go post in clash.

The "Create a Discussion" button in Clash works for me. Here's the link -- https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/clash/submit
Just go to the Clash page and hit "create a discussion" on the left side at the top of the sidebar
