Will OG Urf ever come back into the rotation?

To be honest ARURF is alright and I'll play it a few times but I really miss the OG URF. The one when they kept it for like 2-3 weeks straight because of how much fun it was. I understand people complained about a meta forming but I call horse. I played some of my favorite characters every game, whether they were good or bad. Just because there was a "meta" doesn't mean it wasn't fun. Anyways, my question is "Will OG URF every come back into rotation of game modes?"

I think Riot is working on balancing in Urf. Have you played Annie in URF?

Her tibbers CD is shorter than the time it takes for tibbers to despawn. Spam your shield and youll have stuns 24/7. Im sure we all know plenty of BROKEN champs in Urf.

Riot wants to make sure that noone ISNT having fun in URF.

Just as annie may seem op, an azir could easily spam w, q, and kill from a distance. Most "OP" champs just need to be countered by something else. The azir could be countered by game closer champs like say fizz. Fizz would be countered by hard cc like annie. You get the idea, everyone has a counter I believe. Also if there are too many op champs just ban the ones that are OP. Riot was discussing about the 5 bans for each side and that would work great with og urf.
