It just works.. Idk how but when that level six comes in. CC Lock and instant kill, her passive goes off and boom double kill.
That and her ult, projects from dives with her W.

it can work but its very easy to abuse ... the Q is not reliable poke as it pushes waves .. with W you would have to use E to use it effectivly but at this point you might as well just play leona lol
I've been giving her a try in support, my struggle is her dmg builds slow and her peel is weak. Now I play at Silver 5 rank, so high bronze - low silver, so maybe the farming in lane is not what it needs to be in order to get her items fast enough. Also, ADCs at this rank tend to go all in when I have no mana.
She is fun though. Not giving up yet, but don't think I'll play her in ranked games any time soon.
It works but like any other off meta carry support if it doesn’t do well early it suffers later. There are more powerful cc supports to use like thresh Leona and alistar who can get the some job done but easier and provide good peel or engage for the team than a support lissandra. Not to mention someone playing lissandraight get into the carry mindset and then forget about their adc.
