Question about the bags craftable from the Odyssey gem

I want to pull your attention to the "evel Bag" and "Birdie Bag". On the info page about the Odyssey gem it sais:

"Odyssey Gem Obtained randomly from orbs or through bundle purchases Used to craft one of the following:

Revel Bag: five skin shards, one from every skin tier up to (and including) Legendary

Bags won’t contain limited skins or gemstone skins."

(didn't include the description of the other bags since i have no issues with them)

Dug a bit deeper and looked up what the description exactly means and found on the page of the event itself for the revel and birdie bag respectively the following: "The Revel Grab Bag contains five skin shards, one from every skin tier up to (and including) Legendary. That’s a 520, a 750, a 975, a 1350 (Epic), and an 1820 (Legendary). "

HOWEVER

In the client it says in the Revel Bag description: "Contains ONE of the following" and then it lists all the ranks sins come in (excluding hextech, limited...etc.)

SO which one is it?

Does the bag contain one of each or only one of? Also why is't there no consistency regarding the bag contents descriptions? The Crab bag shows it in one way, the Revel in another and the rest of the bags don't even have any description on?
