Sportmanlike goodhearted players still exist but are getting fewer by the second.
So literately a few hours ago i queued for a game of ARAM. Once i got into champ select (or whatever you call it in ARAM since you don't actually select your champion) I typed "does anyone still by skin boost these days?" and out of nowhere a player actually payed for it. I was shocked such nice people are willing to pay real money for the joy of others. he simply said "it's all about the love". I swear i wasn't asking or begging for it but simply asking a question. After me and another player thanking him and saying that he'd be honored for his generosity...BAM the queue is cancelled because someone just quit.
Imo there is no excuse for that player leaving. Was it a bad champ, why play ARAM in the 1st place? Was it connection issues, why queue then? Thanks to such act the player who payed for the skin boost lost his 95 RP (I'm not sure if the get refunded or not) but because of this he probably wouldn't even bother next time because of the chance of him loosing money for nothing.
People might say "it's just 95 RP why the big fuss about it?" and to them i say not everyone have the the capability to continuously by RP, and even if he did it's the act of uncaring that leaves a bad experience not the amount of money you lost. Unfortunately bad players are increasing and in return good sportsmanlike players are suffering in return. The league player base is toxic enough, but if the increase continues the game would simply become unplayable at all.
To the player who payed for the skin boost, I appreciate your kindness and i'm sorry for what happened. I hope you got your RP back though ;)
