Where do i send a gratification letter for Riot?

I've already made a similar post, but this issue is so remarkable that I just can't let it go.

Once again I had some connection issues so I had to reboot my pc.

Both my router and pc restarts in second so I have solid 2.30 min to reconnect to the game.

What do you know, first it took the launcher 1.5 min to let me enter my password, then it took its time with authentication and finally I've watched the loading screen to the game for 5 min, no less.

For comparison, normally I load into the game in less than 10 sec. I only wait if someone else has a slower connection or something.

What is wrong with trying to reconnect to the game? Both my pc and router are faster than Greased Lightning, riot leaves me no chance to get a win.

Last game my team lost because they couldn't play without me. I was MVP so they had no real chance.

Dota 2 have always had a Pause function. It works perfectly. I don't know why riot is so concerned with trolls that they make the rest of the player base suffer. So many games could've been saved if both teams just waited for couple of minutes.

But wait, they'd rather fight toxicity and issue permabans instead of improving the technical side of the game. I'm not even bothered with Obscene fps drops I get since patch 9.20. Every 10 sec I get a slide show for the next 5 sec. Almost unplayable. All these years it had been 60 fps stable no dips.

For those who think that it's my pc acting funny, think again.

I have clean and polished system and no overheating. Also, I have nothing running in background when I play LoL, not even a music player. I've tailored everything with my own hands. Any other game including Dota 2 works fine. I don't have top of the line pc, but it can run most of the online games out here.

I'm not trying to start a discussion really, just venting my frustration. I hate to lose games where it has nothing to do with my skill. I openly blame incompetent Riot company for this.
