Lost 8 out of 10 pacement games.

At the end of last season I've managed to get to Gold 4 despite receiving 15 Lp for a win and losing 16 for a loss. I have an abysmal MMR.

This time I started in Bronze 2 and now I proudly sit at Bronze 1. Noice.

I've played like shit/tough luck/bug splats/team surrenders when towers are still there/etc. and most importantly game was glitchy.

I've seen people instantly appear and kill me while being in the other lane on the mini-map. I've observed a giant Nunu snowball hanging around a tower without the owner. I was blaming my ping at first, but visual glitches proved that there is something more to it.

Anyway, now I will have to grind for an entire season giving my MMR.

Loose streaks happen for many different reasons, but I don't see how is it fair that my titanic effort to climb last season is shat on by 10 placement games that give 50 LP each.

On a side note, Client is completely broken for many people. I have no idea how a multibillion company manages to maintain an atrocious client for a decade and make it even worse somehow. For me, entire right side of the client is black and I don't see lobby chat at all. Before that I was unable to see people's nicknames.

if its makes you feel better last season (the first season i tried ranked) i pushed out of Iron into Bronze after 170 games.

i lost 8 of 10 placement games as well got put in I4 this season. currently last 3 games show me i wont climb with the negative team mates i have had

lost 16lp gained 18lp lost 19lp

which tells me your never getting out of a rank with that kind of gain or loss. that 18lp was on an S game with sona

Yea some times you have to hard carry. How i went to gold 4 on my other account is to play what i can carry with. Udyr is a great choice, so is yi. Besides being a udyr main i won 20 ranked games in a row, which got me up to iron to silver 1 in two days. Jungle is a important role, would be impossible without one. Always duo with some one. With a duo you can set up stuff better have more coordination, even if you lose you will win more often. My duo is always a midlaner, he always uses a pink ward so i can gank easier and helps me fight for scuttle. With a random he might do one of those things or neither or both. With a duo its garen-teed. hehe my duo is a garen main. I also never surrender, i am bloody ruthless for that win. I do not think i am a great player, i still have many ranks i might never reach, sadly. But at least this shitty unorganized, pile of rubbish for grammar, would help any.

Funny how everyone is getting shit placement and I lose all my games and always get placed highly bronze then easily climb out.

How is it I was in silver last season, won 6 out of my 10 placements, and am stuck in iron now with teams filled with afk people, and my LP is sinking even lower? I am on verge of quitting myself. I don't want to, I have played this game for years, but have never had an experience with League as bad as the start of this season. I am getting no enjoyment, only rage. My friend is having the same issue as well. We don't know what to do.

Provisional matchmaking is a huge joke 70% of the provisional games were literally a comedy with people that i really did not now that could exist. This season is one of the worsts ever. I was gold 2 and now i am silver 3 losing and winning, staying at the same points moving up and down the ladder with games that are laughable because my teams are laughable and NO its not my fault :)

I was gold 2 years ago. Didn't play ranked last year and this year I lost 6 of 8 matches so far because client froze and kicked me out of the game. Now am on course for iron, lol.

there are a number of things you can check. first and foremost is temperature

if your graphics card is overheating (by itself or the help of something else) it will cause weird messes. The same can also happen if damage has occurred. If you have an LED setup, there are rising concerns about them being able to overheat the rig because cooling setups can not compensate for them

second: What are your rig's specs? ram and other hardware can cause issues if not quite up to it or if mismatched

third: try changing settings to see if it has any effect. There was apparently an issue with one of the settings involving the outlines around the champions, so there may be others

four: try the repair function and see if any issues come up

five: antivirus might be a factor. Riot has had issues with graphics cards and CPUs, let alone the intricacies of individual antivirus companies

that's all I can think of for right now

I won 7 out of 10 after not playing on this account all last season and they placed me iron. I don't know how the matchmaking is supposed to work but the people im playing with are not bronze. Matchmaking very shitting in ranked right now.

I have been playing this game for many years and I don't know if I have ever done better than 3 wins 7 losses in placements

You'll climb back up. If you made it once you can make it again.

I've actually decided to stop playing this game. Struggled to get into Silver and then now I'm Iron 4 and my teammates can't seem to not survive within the first 2 minutes before giving the other team kills. I've given time and money to League, but I'm officially done now. It was fun - but I can't seem to find fun in this game anymore, especially with this placement.
