I just want my boy Noc to get love. Sure, he's not the worst champion, but his kit is split in 2 different directions and doesn't make that much sense overall. Plus holy shit, imagine the effects on the visual update with today's graphics. God it sounds so good. I hope they do him right

Dr. Mundo, hands down. Some people in here say that his gameplay is fine, since he has a niche and all. But looking at his kit, he needs work. Let the following sink in: almost his entire kit just consists of stat steroids!
W is a glorified sunfire cape with tenacity steroid. E is auto reset with double stat steroid (MR and AD). R is basically just hugely buffed health regen. And his passive is literally just "I have more health regen than other guys".
It is uninspired, it is boring and it needs work. And VGUs aren't just about the gameplay. Also about lore and visuals. How someone can look at Dr. Mundo, a champion which looks more like a character of a playstation one adaption of some weird cartoon than a champion from League of Legends, and honestly think that he is fine is beyond me.
skarner 100 percent needs changes.
Shyvana is supposed to be like dragon knight from dota but doesn't really give off the dragon vibe. Never really a good time to pick shyvana.
Mundo still has a great niche against magic damage. Needs work but doesn't need it immediately.
Noct has a good fantasy, but doesn't deliver, plus he is supposed to be an assassin yet his ratios are garbage so he builds attack speed and runs down adcs. falls off the hardest out of all assassins.
All-in-All Shyvana and skarner probably need it the most, but they would probably do nocturne and skarner, because skarner is obviously the most far gone of the bunch and noct is the most popular of the four, so he would make them more money.
is my favorite character, I would look forward to see her in list. I never seen in the game tbh, but either one of these 3 would be interesting to see, as soon as they give a VGU to Shyvana too :)

What they talk about sounds like she will be a completely different champion. Which is sad since she is the only on hit or auto based juggernaut which is a cool idea.

Both because they really don't deliver on their theme in my opinion.
Shyvana is supposed to be a dragonborn, a strong humanoid with dragon powers that can become a fierce and strong dragon, but right now she's just an AA based champ that can be built as an OTP burst mage with only 1 available spell.
I would like to see an hybrid juggernaut with proper abilities, maybe keep her a bir auto-based but give her more satisfying abilities.
Noc really doesn't deliver on the power fantasy of a nightmare incarnate, ult aside. His model is so clunky an not spooky, and his abilities don't scare at all, much like .
I don't think they are worse than nor , but they are the ones I look forward to the most.

tbh skarner needs it the most but imo the other 3 listed have always been viable, hell i could argue that noc and for at least one point in every season that mundo is a pick or ban.

Honestly out of this list I think Skarner is the one who needs it least. All of the others are "do one thing" Champions. walks at you with higher stats than you, is now a full-ap oneshot bot whose only spell is her dragon form E, is a "press R" champ who oneshots the adc then dies. may be defined by his point-and-click yeet, but at least his E is an interesting ability that lets him Do A Second Thing.

her kit has two useless abilities, most of champs we want to change actually have a functioning kit.
Shyv and Mundo. Why? Out of the four, they are the most "nothing", if that makes any sense. Nocturne can be fairly viable and saw considerable pro play last year if I'm not mistaken. Also, his concept as a spectral nightmare is somewhat covered by things like Evelynn and post rework Fiddle. Skarner is a cc bot, but at least he is a cc bot you can pick in a pro game or in soloQ and do well. Also, do excuse me, but I always thought his concept itself was due for a scrapping. He...just looks and feels lame to put it simply. Shyv, cool archetype, dragon warrior, while in reality she is nothing but a meme build and her dragon form looks like a malnourished dragon pup. And she's the only one we got. Rework due. Mundo is a joke. Extremely annoying if fed, depressingly bad if behind and needs some semblance of a mechanic other than a skillshot that would make him a bit unique. I think he has good potential to become a cool gameplay concept AND a well written comical character that also dances on the edge of body horror and SMism(which Volibear will sadly not deliver on).
