Please let URF give us Mastery points for champions when we play them, as well as Tokens.

It won't kill any of you Riot, It won't hurt to just do it. What's the exact reason to avoid making this happen? there is no reason for that, PBE is just a test server and who cares if we get mastery points from URF? may as well make it happen

Yeah, I really hope so. During last URF I just farmed out maokai from lvl 1 to 5, and as I like to grind for a lot of lvl 5's right now it would be great. the last fun time I had doing it was during nexus blitz.

As much as I would like to finish some of my M7s, no, I don't think this mode should earn Mastery. The reason for this is pretty simple: experience earned in URF does not really translate to regular SR.

Sure you might be a good Morgana where if you land one Q you can start stacking them on the poor bastard, but when you have an 18s CD on Black Shield and actually have to think about when to use things and when to save the cooldown, that's a very different playstyle.

Experience gained in SR does not tranlate to ARAM so lets remove experience beyond level 5 from SR.

That's very true

Twisted Treeline + Aram are really different than summoners rift, and they both give you S if you follow the perfect plays in them. So why not Urf?. In fact, even if you have 50 kills on Urf, It's not easy to get an S when all enemy team is stomping on everyone

Whether the map is different or not changes very little about a champion; changing it's base stats really does. Plenty of tactics viable in Urf work NOWHERE else, whereas at least knowing your champ is something in every other mode.

If you put Exp in Urf, why limit it there; might as well put it on Odyssey or SG when they come back.

Urf doesnt have a baseline for champion performance like every other gamemode. Dying a lot? Having many kills, farm, assists or even objectives. You don't see Zeds going 25/0 in normal game but you see that almost every game of urf with a Zed in it which means that every Zed would farm tokens in 0 time.

A Sona will go nuts in urf and barely be a support while a Sona might also just be a regular support in normal/aram and sometimes be the carry.

It's not "grinding" and it takes out the competitive part from masteries. Tokens would be undeserved.

It doesn't make sense to put such thing on urf.

Sona's dogshit in URF now.

They hard nerfed her into the ground when they re-enabled her in the last run of ARURF.

It was meant as an example. Individual nerfs/changes don't matter here. You got what I meant, no need to nitpick on small details. Could have stick to Zed or switched to a champ like Fizz, Ekko or whatever else floats your boat.

Matter of fact: There is no point in unlocking mastery in urf unless you want to get all the mastery 7 tokens in a few games.

Ya I really don't understand why Urf doesn't give mastery points and Tokens, It's much harder than Aram because if you mess up it's a complete mess and the enemy team will snowball so hard. I think it's really good idea to give Urf an ability to level our champions

As far as I can remember, you could get mastery points in every game mode O.o About tokens, you could get tokens in the first URF rotations, which was quickly taken away by how easy it is to get S or higher in a game mode you end up with so much cs, kills and everything in no time, and that's why we can't get tokens (and imo reasonable). I remember the old Eve, I could barely do well with her in normal matches, and in URF I could get 30~50 kills easily, and I wouldn't deserve those mastery tokens that were cheesed.

They are idiots :^)

This mode doesn't allow you to express champion mastery so I disagree with tokens being available.

Anyone can do well on any champion when you're more a less playing the game with cheat codes active.

No cooldowns No resource costs Nothing.

No that's a horrible idea. There's also no stats for urf for the ai to be able to judge your performance. It's also not a competitive gamemode. It's volatile and not meant to be balanced.
