PlayerSupport.exe Is Broken Rito Pls Fix

I think this is the only place to put this thread. Anyways I reached Honor level 4 before ranked season ended and only got the blue ward and not also the purple one. The response from those two leads to that Hextechnician page. Nearly nobody who ended up there liked it. Isto did make a change to the page (look at the pics) but I do not see any difference though. I want to know what you think. Dunno why I immediately got downvotes on Imgur. Probably the ones who liked that Hex page. [sg-ahri-1]
